When you purchase a bundled system from uTouch, you will receive a total package ready for use. A lifetime license of the powerful uTouch POS software, along with all hardware (please see individual bundles for what is included)
All orders are shipped from our deployment center in Utah, generally speaking you should receive your order in 7-10 days. International orders, will of course take a little longer. Please inquire about expedited shipping if you need it faster.
uTouch POS is much different than most Point of Sale systems on the market. It’s powerful layout allows you to run a full retail store, restaurant, bar, or even salon. All of these features are included in the package.
Here at uTouch, we provide free training with every system. Once you receive your hardware, you simply follow the directions and “plug it in” our training team will take it from there. Will remote access they will train you, and your staff. It’s so easy to learn, most training sessions are 90 minutes or less.
Please note that all equipment is new, unless you are buying a specific clearance or “open box” item.

And as such you acknowledge and agree with:

•Functionality is always guaranteed. Pictures used in ads are of similar units we have in stock and may not reflect the exact unit ordered, as we cannot put the picture of every unit online because our product changes. Pictures may also include optional items that are not included in the bundle, Do not just rely on website pictures. Please read details of each item and the bundles.

•Units are sold as is: in working condition, with a 30 day warranty starting 10 days after the order is placed with utouchPOS on most items. The customer is always responsible for the shipping cost when sending in parts for repairs; or if the customer chooses to get repairs from other sources than utouchPOS.
•utouchPOS, and its subsidiaries, provide email , phone and online tech support for hardware and software. Software tutorials are made available via Youtube, or .pdf manuals. As well as in the free training sessions available with the purchase of each unit. The customer is responsible for reading and viewing Youtube videos and/or available .pdf manuals to learn the software. Online remote tech support requires high speed Internet.
•Any and all onsite tech support is charged by the hour with a 1 hour minimum. Technical Support must be prepaid.
•Software updates (if any) that may be available; may require additional fees paid directly to the software manufacturer.
•Customer cancelations of booked orders prior to shipment, regardless of the reason, are subject to a 15% administration fee.
Any order that is cancelled after it has been shipped is considered return; even if it has not been delivered or if has been refused by the customer. These cancellations will be subject to a restocking fee up to a 20% minus the shipping and handling, software charges and technical help at $60/hour. Any fees for expedited processing and shipping are NOT refundable. •Shipping, packaging, handling, software and any and all professional services are Non Refundable.

Return Policy

All software sales are valued at the current full retail price even if it was discounted as part of a promotion or bundle. Software is a non-refundable and non-returnable item and all software sales are final.

All hardware sales have a 30 day money back guarantee. As long as you provide the original packaging and the equipment is in condition to resell. All DOA and defective equipment claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery based on the tracking number records and the buyer is to cover all return shipping costs. To make a claim, you must contact us and follow our normal RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process and obtain an RMA number before any items are returned.

    After I ordered online, I was positively surprised. All the items I ordered where shipped as outlined, everything was in perfect condition, nothing to complain about at all! I downloaded the trial version from the utouchpos website and played around for about 20 days, the program is simple and almost dummy proof. After I installed all the components, printer, pole display, drawer and so on, I registered the software, got prompt support and after one hour on the phone (free support) everything was completely installed and in working condition. This is exactly how it should be! Very impressed! I can’t complain AT ALL. I would definitely purchase here again. Thank you for the great service and for the great product!
